TICKET INFORMATION
Normal Office Hours:
The ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday - Friday.
Please call 1-866-RACE-TIX (722-3849) or log onto the web at www.nashvillesuperspeedway.com.
Race Week Office Hours:
The ticket office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday
through Thursday of race week. Friday and Saturday hours vary depending on event.
Hours subject to change. Call the ticket office at 1-866-RACE-TIX (722-3849)
for a detailed schedule.
Will Call Tickets:
Will Call is located at the main entrance between gates 2 and
3. Will Call is for tickets purchased in advance, but not received
prior to the race. A VALID PHOTO ID AND SIGNATURE ARE REQUIRED to pick up tickets. Tickets may be picked up by the account holder only. Starting Friday of race weekend Premium Plus ticket holders will need to pick up their will call tickets at the credential trailer in order to utilize their parking pass.
Fast Track Information:
Fast Track Information is located between Tickets/Will Call and
Gate 3.
No Re-selling of Tickets:
The re-sale (scalping) of tickets on property owned, leased or operated by Nashville Superspeedway or within one hundred (100) yards of such property is prohibited.
Persons caught scalping will be escorted off the
property and have their tickets confiscated.
Services for Patrons with Disabilities
SPECIAL NEEDS
If you have special needs caused by troubled breathing, difficulty
walking, inability to climb stairs, or need assistance in any other
way, please be sure to make our ticket agents aware of it. We will
be able to seat you in an area that may be more accommodating to your
needs.
Accessible (Disabled) Parking
- Locations are shown on the facility map.
- Vehicles must have a state issued placard or license plate in order to gain access into the Accessible Parking Area. In accordance with Tennessee law, the person the placard or license plate is issued to must be present. Photo ID is required. Anyone using a permit illegally is subject to a $100.00 fine in accordance with Tennessee law. State and local officials will be monitoring all accessible parking areas.
- You may not hold a spot for someone arriving at a later time.
- RV's will not be allowed in Accessible parking areas.
Seating
- Nashville Superspeedway does meet accessible seat requirements. Each wheelchair space is permitted one (1) companion seat. Companion must have a ticket.
- Wheelchair accessible seating is available for patrons with disabilities.
- If you are in need of wheelchair accessible seating, please contact the track Ticket Office at 1-866-RACE-TIX.
- Wheelchair access is available in the main grandstand. Row 69 in all sections, Row 35 in sections 129, 131, 135, 137 and Row 1 in sections 129, 130, 131, 135, 136 and 137 are designed for wheelchair seating.
- There is seating for one companion next to the wheelchair space. All others must use the closest available seating area.
Elevators
- Persons with disabilities and one companion may use the elevator to assist them to their seats.
- Elevators may also be used by persons with Premium Plus or Suite access
Restrooms/Concessions
- Restrooms and Concessions are located at Row 1 and Row 35. Restrooms in the Premium Plus area are exclusive for Premium Plus ticket holders.
GATE ADMISSION POLICY
PERMITTED:
IT IS OK to enter the grandstands with the following:
- ONE cooler or bag, not larger than 8 1/2 inches wide by 12
inches long - examples: - hard sided or soft-sided insulated cooler
(may contain ice) scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, binocular bag
or camera bag
- All drinks must be in a cooler
- Beer, water, soda in aluminum cans or plastic bottles. Only one open container may be carried through the entrance gates.
- ONE additional clear plastic bag, not larger than 18 X 18 X
4 inches - may not contain ice.
- ONE seat cushion
- Headsets, scanners, cameras, binoculars, NOT IN A BAG, worn
separately around your neck or belt, are also permitted. No person
shall be permitted to enter the grandstands with more than 2 bags
(one cooler or bag and one clear plastic bag of the types described
above).


PROHIBITED:
YOU MAY NOT enter the grandstands with ANY of the following:
- glass containers
- liquor or wine
- strollers
- umbrellas
- metal stadium chairs
- skateboards, roller skates, and Heely's
- any bag, backpack or container larger than described above
- knives or weapons
- fireworks
- pets (service animals accepted)
- any other item we determine to be a safety or health risk
- NO items may be left at the gate.
- Bicycles ARE permitted on the grounds of Nashville Superspeedway but not in the facility entrance gates.
SEARCH & INSPECTION: We reserve the right to search
and inspect all persons and items entering the facility.
THIS GATE ADMISSION POLICY MAY CHANGE PRIOR TO EACH EVENT BASED
UPON LOCAL, STATE OR NATIONAL SITUATIONS. PLEASE CONTACT THE NASHVILLE
SUPERSPEEDWAY TICKET OFFICE FOR THE MOST UPDATED POLICIES.
KEY POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Re-selling of tickets is prohibited on Nashville Superspeedway
property.
- Tent Camping is NOT permitted on Nashville Superspeedway property.
- Extra spaces CANNOT be reserved in the RV Parking areas.
- Ground fires are NOT permitted on Nashville Superspeedway property.
- Please do NOT leave propane tanks or any type of barbecue unattended.
- You are parking at YOUR OWN RISK, so lock your vehicle whenever
you leave it.
- Please do NOT drop cans or trash through Grandstand bleachers.
- Please STAY AWAY from track safety fence at all times.
- All terrain vehicles, golf carts & motorized two wheel
bikes are NOT permitted to operate on Nashville Superspeedway
property.
- Please do NOT erect flags & other structures within 100
feet of any telephone poles or power lines.
- Please LEAVE ROOM for emergency vehicle access while in any
line.
- Please BE RESPONSIBLE in the consumption of all alcoholic beverages.
- Please OBSERVE all signs. Stay OUT OF restricted areas and
OBEY instructions from Nashville Superspeedway personnel.
- Please BE COURTEOUS to other guests. Let's make Nashville
Superspeedway the most exciting and enjoyable place for all race
fans.
- Bicycles ARE permitted on the grounds of Nashville Superspeedway
but not in the facility itself.
- Distribution of any printed materials is prohibited on Nashville
Superspeedway property unless approved by Superspeedway Management.
- ADHERE TO CROSSWALKS, AND WATCH FOR PEDESTRIANS.
- Please be extra careful at night or in bad weather. Many areas have limited to no lighting.
FOR 1 HOUR AFTER THE RACE, EXIT 65 RAMPS FROM ST. RTE 840 TO ST.
RTE 452 WILL BE USED FOR EXITING NASHVILLE SUPERSPEEDWAY TRAFFIC
ONLY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE SUPERSPEEDWAY FROM THAT
EXIT DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.
WE RESERVE THE
RIGHT TO REMOVE YOU FROM OUR PROPERTY, WITHOUT REFUND, IF YOUR BEHAVIOUR
IS OFFENSIVE OR POSES A HAZARD TO OTHERS OR VIOLATES ANY OF OUR
RULES AND POLICIES. PLEASE REFER TO THE BACK OF YOUR TICKET FOR
ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS.
