ANDREW FIRESTONE TO SERVE AS GRAND MARSHAL FOR THE FIRESTONE INDY 200

LEBANON, Tenn. -  Danica Patrick and the boys from the IndyCar Series will roll into Nashville Friday, July 15 and Saturday, July 16 for the Firestone Indy 200.  Tickets are available by calling toll-free 1-866-RACE-TIX or www.nashvillesuperspeedway.com.   

The Saturday night race – which will feature Indy 500 Champion Dan Wheldon, fan-favorite Helio Castroneves, Middle Tennessee resident Dario Franchitti, and racing superstar Danica Patrick – will be broadcast live on ESPN2 at 6 p.m. (CST). 

 Andrew Firestone, great-grandson of the Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. founder and most recently star of ABC-TV's reality show "The  Bachelor”, will serve as Grand Marshal. 

The Honorary Starter position will be auctioned on E-Bay to benefit the United Way of Nashville.  The auction begins today, June 29.  (For more information , please visit www.ebay.com).
