LEBANON, Tenn. — The Nashville chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities has announced its events for 2025 that continue its mission to improve the lives of children in Middle Tennessee. After a successful 2024 that saw the distribution of more than $80,000 to local nonprofits, the organization is gearing up for another impactful year.
This year’s events kicked off with the second annual Wheels and Heels luncheon at Nashville Superspeedway on April 24. Wheels and Heels is a unique gathering that celebrates and empowers women in Middle Tennessee communities. The event was headlined by FOX reporter Jamie Little with panelists Jill Jelnick and Brittany Austin. NASCAR Cup Series driver Noah Gragson also made an appearance during his Nashville media tour.
Speedway Children’s Charities will host 50/50 raffles during Nashville Superspeedway’s NASCAR triple-header (May 30-June 1) and Big Machine Music City Grand Prix (Aug. 30-31) weekends, adding another entertaining element to race days while raising funds for local youth initiatives. The 50/50 raffles are open for sponsorship opportunities.
The Guitars and Fast Cars Kick-off Party was May 28, ahead of the NASCAR triple-header. It featured a Podium 1 Racing experience with NASCAR drivers Josh Berry, Chris Buescher and Nick Sanchez, auction items and a party-like atmosphere that set the tone for the race weekend.
On June 1, NASCAR Racing Experience will give fans the chance to purchase laps on the track and even enjoy a shotgun ride with NASCAR champion Greg Biffle. The year continues with Karting for a Cause with Josef Newgarden and a host of IndyCar drivers on Aug. 28 at K1 Speed Nashville, an event that blends competition and charity with auction items available for attendees.
From Sept. 5 to Sept. 6, the Krazy Paint auction will take place at Nashville Superspeedway during the Triple Crown of Rodding, showcasing stunning custom paint jobs for the third straight year.
The third annual Guitars and Fast Cars Golf Classic is scheduled for Oct. 20 at Old Hickory Country Club, and the year will wrap up with the Night of Joy grant ceremony on Dec. 2 to celebrate the achievements of 2025 and the distribution of grants to local nonprofits.
In December, a “Dancing Lights of Christmas” event is in the works, with more information available at a later date.
The Nashville chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities is also proud to announce the board members who will help drive its mission forward. These dedicated community leaders bring a wealth of experience and passion to the organization.
