2: GENERATORS: Properly ventilated generators can operate at low decibels, with no disturbance to neighboring sites, at all hours. In an effort to safely combat the dangerous effects of carbon monoxide, vehicle and generator exhaust must be expelled safely into roadways and not into adjacent campsites. We reserve the right to prohibit generator use at any time if it is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

3: SELF-CONTAINED: All RVs must be self-contained and must feature on-board sanitation facilities. “Self-contained” is defined as having on-board potable water storage, a cooking stove, a water or chemical toilet permanently attached to the black water holding tank, and a permanently installed holding tank for gray or black water.

4: RV UNIT & TOW VEHICLES: Each RV space is reserved. The reserved space of 25-feet by 50 feet is for one (1) self-contained RV camping unit and one (1) tow vehicle only. A reserved RV and vehicle pass/decal are required. One (1) self-contained RV camping unit, one (1) tow vehicle and any camping equipment/awnings must fit on the 25 x 50 provided space. All parking passes/decals must be adhered at time of arrival and remain affixed on the RV/vehicle at all times.

5: ARRIVAL: All customers arriving after hours may be subject to parking in a holding lot until registration re-opens. Vehicles must park with the exhaust (tailpipe) to the road and must fit within the spot (minimum 25-feet by 50-feet). Site sizes may vary.

6: RV MOVING: RVs are not permitted to relocate once Speedway personnel have assigned a spot, or another lot fee is required. If guests move their RV from their initially assigned space, the Speedway is not responsible for holding that space.

7: AVOID: Contained fires must be above ground in an approved container. Monitor propane tanks, barbecues and watch for carbon monoxide issues. Keep fire lanes and roadways open at all times. Vehicles blocking safety areas may be towed at guest’s expense. Observe all signs, and obey instructions from Speedway personnel.

8: PARKING: Parking is at your own risk. Please lock your vehicle at all times.

9: RESPONSIBILITY: Please be responsible in the consumption of all alcoholic beverages.

10: PETS: All pets need to be harnessed, leashed or tethered when outside of your RV. Please clean up after your pets.  PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PIT ROAD RV AREA due to their close proximity to the track.

11: BE GOOD NEIGHBORS: Remember that you are responsible for the behavior of the visitors that occupy your spot — whether you are in attendance or not. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property, without refund, if their behavior is deemed offensive, poses a hazard to others, or violates any rules or regulations. Anyone that does not adhere to Speedway rules and policies is punishable up to and including permanent revocation of your spot.

  • Transportation services free of charge for fans needing assistance moving around the facility
  • Wheelchair accessible seating, with companion seats

Accessible parking is identified on the Nashville Superspeedway event map. In accordance with Tennessee law, the person the placard or license plate is issued to must be present. State and local officials will be monitoring entry/access to accessible parking. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on your time of arrival, you may be directed to alternate parking if the parking lot becomes full.

Nashville Superspeedway has vehicles to help our guests who require assistance. The vehicles will assist a disabled guest and one companion to designated areas around the facility.

Please be patient. Volunteers transfer guests as quickly and safely as possible. Please visit an Information Services tent for more details.

If you are in need of wheelchair accessible seating and have not made necessary plans in advance when buying tickets, please call the ticket office at 866-RACE-TIX. On event day, please visit Ticket Services or locate your nearest usher.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair or ECV (electronic convenience vehicle) for personal use while visiting Nashville Superspeedway, as the track does not provide or rent them.

Access to the upper grandstands' wheelchair seating is available via the Tower elevator. Access is restricted to the disabled guest and one companion.

We recognize the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. A service animal is defined by the ADA as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Tasks performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals that provide comfort by being with a person are NOT qualified by the ADA as service animals.

  • Service animals must be under the control of the handler at all times.
  • The service animal must be leashed, harnessed or tethered at all times, unless these would hinder the service the service animal is trained to perform.
  • If a service animal behaves in a way that poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, has a history of such behavior, or is not under the control of the handler, that animal may be excluded.

Guests are responsible for caring for and supervising the service animal, including toileting (bringing their own pet waste disposal bags), feeding, grooming and veterinary care.

Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animal safely and comfortably.
