LEBANON, Tenn. — Nashville Superspeedway, the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Lebanon will bring "Speedway on the Square" back to the heart of historic downtown Lebanon on April 18 from 1-4 p.m. CT.
The free community event returns to the downtown square for another year of live music, show cars, food trucks and family-friendly activities including inflatable bounce houses and face painting. Cracker Barrel 400 ticket giveaways will also be available for attendees.
At 3:30 p.m., Nashville Superspeedway general manager Matt Greci and Lebanon mayor Rick Bell will draw the raffle winner of tickets to the Cracker Barrel 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on May 31 at Nashville Superspeedway.
"Speedway on the Square has become a cherished tradition in our community and we look forward to it every year," said Greci. "It is a chance for us to connect with our neighbors in Lebanon and Middle Tennessee, celebrate what makes this community special and build excitement for what is going to be a tremendous Cracker Barrel 400 triple-header race weekend at Nashville Superspeedway."
Historic downtown Lebanon provides the perfect backdrop for the event. The downtown square was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic Commercial District in 1999 and was voted Best Shopping Center by Main Street Awards in 2022. Attendees are encouraged to explore the area's wide variety of restaurants, shops and local boutiques before or after the event.
Speedway on the Square is free and open to the public. For more information on the Cracker Barrel 400 race weekend and Nashville Superspeedway, visit NashvilleSuperspeedway.com.
